I have been so caught up with the NBA Playoffs and getting ready for Euro 2016, that I totally forgot about the 2016 Copa America! That’s what happens when organizers try to sneak a football tournament into a year and month that already has an international football tournament. The Copa America is an international football tournament contested by the national teams of CONMEBOL and two invitees. Like the World Cup and Euros, Copa America is held every four years, the last one being held in 2015. This 2016 version of the competition is a partnership between CONMEBOL and CONCACAF and represents a celebration of  the 100th anniversary of CONMEBOL and Copa America.

The 2016 Copa America, dubbed the ‘Centenario’ will be contested by sixteen teams; ten from CONMEBOL and six from CONCACAF. Check out my predictions below:
