Today I visited the Brandywine Creek State Park in Delaware. It was a spontaneous trip, and my shorts, t-shirt and summer slippers were a testament to that fact. I had no sunscreen or insect repellant; For that the sun smiled, and the gnats rejoiced. I was not prepared to handle the terrain, but I had my camera, and I was determined to get at least one memorable shot. After walking the trails for what seemed like about five miles, I finally came upon the Hidden Pond.
